This is a film about healing.

This is a film about healing.

I have been working on THE EDGE OF NATURE for the past three years.

This film is about healing. Healing long covid, healing intergenerational trauma, and healing spiritual and political anguish.

But it’s not just about healing myself.

The earth, our forests, climate, and all of our ecosystems are deeply scarred, traumatized, sick and wounded.

This film puts forth the radical notion that we cannot heal ourselves without healing the planet. And we cannot heal the planet without healing ourselves.

Please please watch & share the trailer on Instagram,.

Or on Youtube

We are all deeply traumatized and endangered by the worsening climate crisis. The only thing that can heal us now as a species is restoring and taking care of the land.

Doug Good Feather and Myron Dewey (Executive Producers) and I have been working intensely on the questions of healing intergenerational trauma from genocide for the past 6 years.

We came together to produce Awake, A Dream from Standing Rock in 2017 (Netflix) and continued our work together, an alliance born of healing our mutual genocidal history- theirs as survivors of the American Genocide, and myself as a son of survivors of the Nazi holocaust.  This film is also dedicated to Myron who was brutally taken from us last year.

Right now, we are ecstatic and in a jam because the film was accepted to premiere at the opening night of the Byron Bay Film Festival, so need to raise funds to get there, FAST – can you donate today?

It is WORLD PREMIERE at the Byron Bay Film Festival and we need your help to finish the film - this project has received NO private or public support, so we are raising $10,000 to cover the finishing costs and get to the premiere in Australia.

If you can, please, please donate here: https://bit.ly/TheEdgeofNature

We totally understand if you can't make a donation today. It is JUST as important and necessary to share the trailer and this email with your network. Thank you for your unending support!

Love + healing,

Josh Fox
